Prior to the cleaning process, we take general video or photo documentation to determine the condition of the content. Each item is then cleaned with "great detail" prior to being wrapped and packed. We take pride in our ability to pay attention to even the smallest of details, many times using Q-tips to clean within the cracks and crevices to remove all traces of soot.

In the event that the contents have been contaminated with mold spores, our crew is specially trained in Hepa Vac and wet wiping techniques to insure a through de-contamination.
